Remote Endpoint Management Contractor
A company is looking for a Contract - EPM.
Key Responsibilities
Act as point of escalation for the Endpoint Management team
Perform trouble resolution fixes remotely or in person, including installing and upgrading software and hardware
Provide comprehensive on-call support for assigned operating systems and software products in the event of production malfunctions
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience with diagnostic utilities and troubleshooting processes
Familiarity with Microsoft security/audit requirements and controls
Ability to assist in software patch releases and roll-outs
Experience in capacity/performance analysis and problem resolution
Knowledge of COTS software upgrades and system changes
