Network Team Lead East

Join our team to make a differenceAs the Team Lead, you will play a vital role in the ongoing planning, coordination, and support of assigned team members. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the program network manager to provide guidance and oversight for your assigned staff and services. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, training, and supporting team members in clinic and community settings to ensure the delivery of individualized, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent services to adults and young adults.Minimum RequirementsMinimum Education: Bachelor’s DegreeDefined Education: Behavioral ScienceSubstitutions: In lieu of Behavioral Science degree, provider must provide proof of 30 transcript hours in Behavioral Health studiesYears’ Experience: Four (4) yearsDefined Experience: Health and Human Services fieldLicense/Certifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR eligible for QMHP certification (based on minimum and defined education above; certification on the job); DS Service Coordinator (certification on the job)Carry And Lifting Requirements 15-25 Pounds.Why Choose MHMR as Your EmployerMHMR offers an excellent and competitive benefits package designed to support the well being of our employees and their families.
