Opportunity:Physician - Radiology - Breast OnlyJob Details:Fellowship trained on-site radiologist coverage for 2-3 days per week, 2-4 weeks per monthSupport screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRIPerform image-guided procedures including biopsies, localizations, and aspirationsMust be highly knowledgeable in BI-RADS and MQSA requirementsDetail-oriented reporting and comfortable managing same-day diagnostic workupsStrong patient-facing communication skills essential for discussing results and procedures directly with patientsWork efficiently in fast-paced, clinic-based environmentCollaborate closely with technologists, nurses, surgeons, and oncology teamsHours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMPatient encounters per shift: 40-50Screening mammography 45-55%, diagnostics 25-35%, procedures 15-25%Must be board certified and fellowship trainedBLS certification requiredLocal candidates only at this timeFacility:This major healthcare facility operates as a Level 2 trauma center with comprehensive medical services and a Level 1 pediatric facility.
