Associate Attorney (Mortgage) - Hernando, MSAgility 360 is searching for a Associate Attorney with a background in Mortgage to join our client's legal practice located in Hernando, Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Mississippi.ResponsibilitiesAttending court hearings in several counties throughout the stateExperienced with foreclosure (and preferably bankruptcy) process and proceduresManagement of files and monitoring of cases to ensure deadlines are metDocument preparation and review including complaints, judgment and sale pleadingsDrafting responses to pleadingsPreparing and responding to discoveryLegal researchSkills1+ years of practicing lawExperience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines are a plusJuris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited universityMust be licensed in State of MississippiLicensed in federal court or willing to get licensed at the firm's expenseFamiliar with foreclosure (and preferably bankruptcy) process and proceduresExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work productDetailsDirect hire, full-time position (Hybrid or Remote options available)Salary range: $75,000-$95,000 / year (based on experience)Must pass a background check and drug screeningBenefits package included
