Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and flair, including drink service and wine knowledge Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling, preparation, and presentation for a fine dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality service Ability to upsell menu items effectively to boost sales and enhance guest experiences Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Previous experience with openTable reservations or similar booking systems is a plus Join us if you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a lively team environment.
