Serves as the initial point of contact for clients and eligible dependents, providing high-quality customer service and meeting established response standards. Coordinates client assignments to appropriate staff or behavioral health providers for assessment and counseling, and makes referrals within defined guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete day-to-day intake and utilization tasks independently, with access to senior support as neededAssign clients to appropriate resources for assessment and servicesHandle incoming requests, ensuring timely and professional communicationSupport training efforts and provide guidance on procedures and workflowsAnticipate needs and proactively address issuesResolve non-routine or escalated concerns from junior team membersRequirementsMust have own equipmentAt least 1-2 years of consistent healthcare experienceHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred#INDEPI
