Medical Technologist Location: Granbury, TX Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $836 to $1,036 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/26/2026 About the Position Jackson HealthPros is hiring a Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist (formerly Medical Technologist) to perform diagnostic testing on patient samples and analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits to aid physicians in the diagnosis or monitoring of various disease states. Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field as required by client. Valid ASCP or AMT certification required. Preferred MLT (ASCP/AMT) indicated by client. In licensure states, Laboratory Licensure in the appropriate specialty for the department or location assignment as applicable to the state. 2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred by client; experience in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, and performing gram stains is preferred. Experience with Sysmex XN-1000, Siemens CA-660, Siemens Dimension EXL, ortho manual gel procedures, and Sofia 2 testing preferred. BLS certification required. Proficiency with MEDHOST / AS-400 EMR preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift name: Evenings. Shift hours: 1500–0330. Shift type: Evenings (per client notes, listed as nights 1500–0330). Scrub requirement: Red top with black bottoms. Block scheduling; requests require submission with block. No call. No floating.
