Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Racine, WI, for the Assistant Director of Events and Engagement. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing events to support school programs and foster community engagement. The role involves project management, team supervision, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure all events align with the school's mission and objectives. The Assistant Director will also collaborate with various teams to consult on engagement strategies and implement programs that enhance community involvement. Qualifications Experience in Program Management and Project Management, with a strong ability to oversee and execute events and initiatives effectively.Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey information clearly.Demonstrated Team Leadership and Consulting abilities to guide teams and provide strategic advice on engagement strategies.Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Understanding of community engagement and relationship-building in an educational setting is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
