Superintendent - Ground Up - Seacoast NH & ME

Construction Site Manager Lead on site field operations for ground up projects from two to twenty million dollars. Manage day to day trade coordination, scheduling, logistics and quality control. Oversee safety compliance, site planning and subcontractor performance. Build strong working relationships with clients, architects and site partners. Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive to ensure alignment on budget, schedule and project goals. Maintain detailed daily logs and documentation through Procore. Represent the company professionally as the on site leader. The successful applicant will be a superintendent with experience managing projects in the 2-20M range ideally. Background in retail, restaurant or commercial work strongly preferred. Ability to lead subcontractors with confidence and maintain a highly organized jobsite. Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented approach. Steady tenure is very important as the company prioritizes long term hires. Procore proficiency preferred or willingness to learn. Must be commutable to project sites along the New Hampshire and southern Maine seacoast. Competitive salary ranging up to $150K+ (dependent on experience). 4 weeks PTO.
