Lead Developer / Architect (REMOTE)Marathon TS is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Developer / Architect (REMOTE) to join our team supporting a Federal Customer in a Remote role. The right candidate will bring the following technical quals to the team:Mandatory Skills:AWS Cloud Engineer: AdvancedAWS Infrastructure Engineer: AdvancedEKS/ECS/Docker/Container - AdvancedDatabricks Administrator: AdvancedDatabricks Architect: AdvancedGit/Devops: AdvancedPython: IntermediateCommunication Skills: AdvancedSkills and Experience:BS Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc) or applicable work experience5+ years of strong design and software development experience including designing, programming, and documenting large-scale software systemsStrong expertise with custom development and arch mainly on Databricks Admin, EKS-Docker/Containers, Devops & AWS Admin.First-hand experience working with large project teams or working with the Federal GovernmentExcellent communication skills in a client facing roleLeadership of junior staffDevelopment of custom software architecture and methodologyUnderstanding of application security practices and their implementations in a state-of-the-art environmentClearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and hold a public trust positionMarathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
