This position focuses on technical program execution, coach recruitment and development in collaboration with Programming staff, and relationship driven representation of the LA Galaxy brand at all Galaxy Youth programs. The role strengthens the consistency and quality of current programming while supporting new initiatives that expand the LA Galaxy pathway, deepen community impact, and drive long‑term program growth throughout Southern California.Essential FunctionsRepresent the LA Galaxy at Galaxy run youth soccer programs and events by building strong relationships with coaches, players, families, facility partners, and internal teams while upholding organizational values and brand standards.Assist with coach development and education. Observe coaching performance during sessions, provide on site feedback, assist with coverage needs as required, and document development or discipline recommendations in coordination with the Soccer Programming Manager.Serve as Coach program liaison at assigned programs by overseeing session flow, coordinating staff, and ensuring a positive, consistent participant experience.Coordinate soccer equipment needs by ensuring required program equipment is prepared and distributed for programs.Support coach recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts by collaborating on recruitment strategies and helping prepare coaches for successful program delivery.Contribute to curriculum development and execution by assisting with session design, coaching objectives, and consistent delivery aligned with LA Galaxy methodology.Perform other programming department duties as assigned.Collaborate with the Programming team on new program ideation, development, and execution to assist with pathway expansion, increased participation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
