Lead architecture, governance, platform standards, and technical design decisions across automation and AI-driven solutions. Guide delivery teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore resources. Ensure alignment to enterprise architecture, security, integration, and operational standards. Support sprint planning, solution reviews, AI use case assessments, and executive communication.
