Job SummaryLabor Finders of Statesboro, GA, is seeking a results-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, inside sales activity, and staffing execution within a single profit center. Working under the direction of the Branch Manager, this role partners with office staff to ensure daily operations, procedures, and resources are coordinated effectively to meet branch and corporate objectives.The Assistant Branch Manager plays a hands-on role in office operations, recruiting, customer support, and administrative execution, helping ensure service quality, compliance, and efficient workflow across all branch activities.Responsibilities and DutiesUnder the direction of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for:Supporting day-to-day branch operations to ensure branch and corporate objectives are metAssisting with customer and employee interactions to support service quality and relationship managementIdentifying staffing needs and supporting recruiting, screening, and placement of temporary employeesCoordinating employee assignments and maintaining accurate staffing recordsSupporting recruiting activities, including applicant intake and screeningProcessing payroll and invoicing accurately and in accordance with company proceduresMaintaining employee files, data, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirementsRequirementsSupporting branch-level inside sales efforts, including outbound prospecting calls, follow-up activity, and customer account supportStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently with professionalism and attention to detailSound administrative and time-management skillsAbility to establish credibility and be decisive, while recognizing and adhering to company policies and prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAssociate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience with at least two years of office or administrative experienceProficiency with computer systems and standard office software programsCompensation Hourly $18 to $20 Generous Paid Leave & Benefits Available Our company offers a stable, growth-focused opportunity for employees who want to make a measurable impact.
