HR Generalist
Job DescriptionWorthington Enterprises is hiring an HR Generalist at our Columbus Cylinders facility. This individual provides overall human resource support at our Columbus Cylinders location. This role partners closely with the onsite HR Manager to provide day-to-day HR support for a 24/7 operation while helping foster a positive, approachable, and employee-focused workplace culture.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and passionate about building trusting relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
