Part Time Dishwasher

DescriptionMaine Beer Company is looking to add a part-time dish washer to our kitchen team! The Dishwasher at Maine Beer Company is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for plates, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dish washing area is cleaned and organized.Duties And ResponsibilitiesScrape, rinse and load dishes into machineMaintain a positive attitude and cooperative work environmentAlways stay consistent with Maine Beer Company’s mission of “Do what’s right” and our core valuesDemonstrate strong work ethic to meet the demands of the businessWash all dishes, utensils, glassware and pansClean, sanitize and maintain dish machineChange water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more depending on the volume of businessEmpty trash containers as neededMaintain a clean work area by mopping and sweeping as neededPerform daily closing tasksPerform additional cleaning tasks as requestedAssist in bussing and sanitizing tablesMaintain communication with Head Chef and other coworkersAbide by dress code applicable to food safetyRequirementsMaintain a positive attitude and cooperative work environmentAlways stay consistent with Maine Beer Company’s mission of “Do what’s right” and our core valuesDemonstrate strong work ethic to meet the demands of the business
