Value Stream Manager

Overview In this role you will lead manufacturing value streams (including receiving and shipping) to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective execution. You’ll drive Lean-based daily management, coach teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to remove constraints and improve metrics. You will shape material flow, kanban and pull systems, and build the next-state value streams to deliver transformational impact for customers and the business.
