We partner with integrity, curiosity, and heart.What You'll DoAs the Telemedicine Program Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of two interconnected Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) initiatives focused on expanding telehealth infrastructure and specialty tele-consult capabilities across rural Indiana. You will work with healthcare systems, technology vendors, broadband providers, and leadership to identify barriers to telehealth adoption, design scalable solutions, and track program outcomes. This dual-initiative role requires strong program management skills, familiarity with digital health delivery models, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across healthcare, technology, and government sectors.RequirementsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in public health, health informatics, or information systems; master's degree preferred2-5 years of directly applicable project or program management experience in health IT, healthcare operations, or public healthDemonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs or projectsFamiliarity with telemedicine, telehealth, healthcare delivery systems, or digital health initiativesStrong project management, organizational, and analytical skillsAt CSpring, we unlock the potential of people and data.
