Automotive Collision/Body Shop ManagerWe know that a good Body Shop Manager does more than just repairs, they make sure that our customer vehicles are repaired correctly and in a timely manner. You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in frame, metal, interior repairs on collision damaged vehicles, and estimating knowledge to qualify for this opportunity.Responsibilities Prepare Estimates in accordance with Insurance Companies and company guidelines Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction of repairs Follows up to ensure productivity within the shop. Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completions of repairs Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment Develops personal growth opportunitiesQualifications Confidence to handle high volumes under pressure Experience in the estimating/body shop Knowledge of CDK/CCC One/Mitchell Software Effectively communicate with insurance companies and customers Strong organizational and computer skills Familiarity with various insurance direct repair guidelines is a great plusEducation and/or Experience High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of experience Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be consideredCompensation Compensation is based on experience Great Benefits including 401k Health and Life insurance Holiday/Vacation pay
