The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise along with hands-on technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM modulesConfigure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting modulesDevelop and support integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast FormulasCreate BI Publisher and OTBI reportsTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing supportCollaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholdersPrepare functional and technical documentationSupport testing, deployment, and release activitiesRequired SkillsStrong Oracle Fusion HCM techno-functional experienceExpertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and RecruitingExperience with Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, and OIC integrationsHands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reportingStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and securityExcellent communication and client-facing skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experienceExperience working in Agile environments preferredOracle Fusion certifications are a plusCompensationCompensation: $65.00 – $70.00 per hour*This is the targeted compensation range for this role.
