Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Welder looking for a new opportunity. We're looking for a skilled Welder with proven flux core experience to join our manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precise, high-quality welds and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.What You'll Do:Perform flux core welding (FCAW) on steel and other metals according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and schematics.Inspect and verify weld quality for accuracy, strength, and appearance.Maintain and set up welding equipment for optimal performance.Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.What We're Looking For:Previous flux core welding experience required (MIG/TIG experience a plus).Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Knowledge of safety procedures in an industrial environment.
