This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining product quality, and delivering a positive customer experience.This position operates out of Erie, PA, supporting the Cranberry Township, PA distribution team and servicing routes throughout Southwestern NY and Northwestern PA.What You'll DoSafely operate a 16ft refrigerated box truck to complete assigned delivery routes• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of floral products to customers• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries• Load and unload products while maintaining product quality and organization• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic operational readiness• Follow assigned routes and use GPS/navigation tools to optimize efficiency• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulationsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) and to lift, carry, and move products up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The position also requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing in and out of a truck, and extended driving periods.Drivers will also be exposed to outdoor weather conditions including rain, snow, and varying temperatures while making deliveries.Compensation & Benefits (What's in it for you)The expected hourly rate for this position is listed above. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.Please note: This is a part-time position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.Additional offering:• Quarterly safety incentive bonus (up to $1,500 annually, based on eligibility)Other Information• Onsite role with routes originating in Erie, PA• Part-time schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed• Start time: 8:30 AM until route completion• Local travel required within Southwestern NY and Northwestern PA delivery areasWhat You'll Bring• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)• 2+ years of professional driving experience operating box trucks (16 ft or larger preferred)• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required)• Acceptable driving record (subject to periodic review)• Must be at least 21 years of age• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds• Strong customer service and communication skills• Ability to effectively use GPS and navigation tools for route management• Strong time management and organizational skills• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach• Ability to pass pre-employment screeningsEqual Employment Opportunity Statement
