Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast paced, cross functional environment." Digital literacy on MS Office Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.Roles & Responsibilities" Lead end to end technical program management for manufacturing and product engineering initiatives." Drive Product Design & Development activities in collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams." Manage engineering analysis tools and support data driven decision making across programs." Oversee Design Change Control activities in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements." Plan and manage Change Management activities, ensuring controlled implementation of design and process changes." Coordinate Stakeholder Management, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution." Lead Supplier Management activities, including supplier coordination, technical reviews, and risk mitigation." Support Plastics and Component Design, including part development, validation, and manufacturability considerations." Engage in Mold and Tooling Design discussions, reviews, and readiness assessments." Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality expectations."
