Mobile Phlebotomist

Job Summary MedDispatch is a mobile medical services company bringing healthcare directly to patients across the DFW metroplex. We dispatch providers to homes, offices, and schools — no clinic required. We're hiring Mobile Phlebotomists to perform blood draws and specimen collection at patient locations. You'll work independently in the field with a flexible schedule and competitive pay. Duties Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws at patient locations Collect and properly label/package specimens for lab transport Maintain chain of custody documentation for drug testing specimens Complete digital intake and consent forms via mobile app Communicate professionally with patients and dispatch team Requierments Certified Phlebotomist (CPT) required Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment Strong attention to detail and patient communication skills Prior laboratory procedures experience or laboratory techniques familiarity preferred Clinical laboratory experience or medical laboratory work background highly desirable Proven phlebotomy skills including venipuncture (blood drawing) and blood sampling techniques Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and aseptic technique essential for safe specimen collection Experience working in hospital or healthcare environments is advantageous Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR required or obtainable upon hire Previous patient care experience emphasizing patient service excellence is a plus Join us in delivering essential healthcare services with energy and dedication!
