We bridge the gap between complex security standards and real-world operational needs, delivering integrated communication infrastructures built for the mission.Position OverviewWe are seeking a resourceful and proactive professional to serve as the primary driver for our marketing and business growth efforts at our Huntsville site. In this role, you will independently drive the lead generation and pipeline development process, taking full ownership of identifying new prospects and managing the pursuit of business opportunities from initial discovery to final qualification. You will be the "boots on the ground" for our marketing execution, blending creative content creation with technical gear demonstrations to establish our brand within the US National Security sector.Core Responsibilities & Duties1. Independent Pipeline DevelopmentOpportunity Discovery: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads by monitoring federal procurement sites (such as SAM.gov), attending industry events, leveraging alternative lead-generation channels, and conducting proactive outreach.Pipeline Development and Management: Own the lifecycle of an opportunity, ensuring all necessary steps -from intelligence gathering to final submission- are executed with precision.Relationship Coordination: Directly engage with government points of contact and industry partners to understand mission requirements and influence future opportunities.Technical Demonstrations: Serve as the lead operator for technical gear, conducting hands-on product demonstrations for potential military and government customers.2. Marketing Execution & ContentCampaign Management: Execute multi-channel marketing plans to build brand awareness across the US Defense Electronics ecosystem.Content Production: Create high-quality, technically accurate marketing materials (case studies, social media content, and presentations) tailored to US government audiences.Event Leadership: Manage the logistics and branding for regional trade shows and exhibitions.Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on competitor activity and shifting government procurement trends.Key Skills & QualificationsExperience: At least 3 years in Marketing or Business Development, specifically within the Defense, Military, or Government sectors. This must include:A solid understanding of federal procurement and acquisition cycles.A proven track record in lead generation, marketing planning, and content creation.Background (Advantage): A military background or prior service is considered a significant advantage, particularly for conducting technical gear demonstrations and engaging with end-user requirements.Drive: Proven ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline without daily local supervision. Hard Skills:Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools.Ability to learn and operate technical hardware for customer demonstrations. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. Ability to work effectively across international time zones (US/Israel).
