Location: HYBRID- FAA- Washington DC ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and oversight for enterprise programs, projects, releases, and modernization initiatives across the ADO portfolioOversee execution and administration of all task order activities, ensuring alignment with requirements and successful delivery outcomesManage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractor performance across all program activitiesLead coordination across ADO-110, ADO-120, and ADO-200, ensuring alignment of priorities and execution effortsManage cross-platform dependencies and integration across legacy and modernized environmentsSupport governance, reporting, and acquisition-related activitiesOversee data engineering efforts, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and real-time data processingCoordinate cloud and hybrid architecture activities, including identity management, monitoring, and operational controlsSupport implementation of data governance frameworks, including data cataloging, metadata management, and data quality initiativesProvide oversight of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with program objectivesManage delivery of business intelligence capabilities, including dashboards, reporting, and analytics platformsEnsure all deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirementsMaintain schedule discipline, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on timeMonitor performance to ensure minimal rework and timely issue resolutionEnsure delivery within budget constraints and maintain cost controlMaintain responsiveness to stakeholder needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionIdentify, document, and manage program risks, issues, and dependenciesImplement mitigation strategies and ensure resolution without impact to deliveryProvide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomesFacilitate large virtual and in-person meetings, including governance forumsCommunicate complex technical and programmatic information clearly to stakeholdersManage project queues and backlogs, providing prioritization recommendationsSupport development and sustainment of product feature roadmapsOversee creation and implementation of business processes and workflowsEnsure accurate tracking and reporting of timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in any field or disciplineExperience: A cquisition, governance, financial management, and leadershipMinimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise-level programsFederal experience in a technical or managerial business environmentAbility to manage large amounts of complex information and draw sound conclusionsAbility to prioritize and manage actions in high-volume, high-stress environmentsStrong problem-solving skills using systematic analysis and sound judgmentExcellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of large stakeholder engagementsAbility to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretionDemonstrated ability to adapt to dynamically changing technologiesExperience supporting:Product feature roadmapsBusiness process and workflow developmentProject timeline, milestone, and status reportingRisk and dependency trackingExperience managing:Project queues and backlogsComplex technical programs within budget and compliance constraintsProficiency with:Microsoft Office SuiteAdobeJiraServiceNowMicrosoft ProjectSharepoint Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or platform modernization effortsExperience working in large, multi-stakeholder federal environmentsFamiliarity with data engineering, cloud, AI/ML, or business intelligence initiatives Clearance Requirement: US Citizen.
