Every Your Home Improvement Company employee is an ambassador of our core values and is devoted to ensuring customer satisfaction.RequirementsWe are currently looking for a Subcontractor (1099) SubcontractorComply with YHIC engineering specifications as well as regulatory code requirements, safety procedures, & techniqueReview the contract folder and all instructions/drawings before leaving on assignments to clarify work to be completedResponsible for the installation of the windows, doors, exterior/interior trim, and apply clean caulking line; ensure a YHIC quality job is completed in a safe and timely mannerProfessionally interact with YHIC customers while maintaining the integrity of YHIC's reputationEnsure the vehicle being driven is fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projectsBending aluminum/use of a brakeAssist with the unloading of delivery trucksLarge amounts of heavy lifting and the ability to unload vendor trucksBasic construction skills requiredAbility to use a tape measure, understand a level, and able to use basic power toolsMust have window installation experienceMust have experience using a metal brakeTruck and enclosed trailer, planks/ladders/pump jack/scaffolding, hand tools, brake table.General liability insuranceWorkmen's CompYour own truck, tools, and a large trailer to transport materials from the warehouse to the jobsite and haul away debrisContractor's LicenseEPA Lead CertificationSchedule a call with the Production Manager for more detailsYour Home Improvement Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
