Remote National Sales Executive
EDI Staffing is actively seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team! This position is 100% remote, competitive base salary + unlimited commission earnings. Our staffing divisions include: IT/EDI, Engineering, Finance, and HR/Administration. We are exploring adding additional areas to service our clients as well and we are interested in speaking with candidates who can help contribute to this growth.This role is responsible for developing relationships with key executives/ hiring managers to develop a pipeline of potential job openings within various organizations. This role will require an individual day-to-day effort and team collaboration. We are looking for “hunters” to build new business relationships and grow existing customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in staffing or a related field and brings an active book of business with ongoing requisitions to contribute to the growth of EDI Staffing. Must Have:· Staffing sales (IT/Engineering/Finance staffing preferred) · Sales expertise with a focus on the staffing industry· Proven ability to identify and pursue NEW business· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate the value proposition of EDI Staffing and effectively convey how the organization can meet the staffing needs of clients. · Experience developing relationships with all levels of corporate management.· Strong cold calling, email and lead generation experience.· Strong negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements with our clients. · Ability to identify new business opportunities for growth.· Proven earnings history.· Ability to work within a team or independently, good decision making skills, and a strong belief in ethics & honesty.Responsibilities:· Develop and implement an effective individual sales strategy to achieve and exceed set revenue targets. · Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential job openings amongst clients you bring in. · Responsible for generating new and viable leads and contribute to the development of new service areas. · Prepare and execute daily sales plan to identify potential business opportunities· Contact key decision makers via phone call, email, social media outreach and occasionally in-person visits· Work closely with our recruiters to navigate clients and candidates through the interview and sales process· Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and close deals effectively ensuring successful placements. · Retain clients through nurturing and growing your customer base, The compensation for the aforementioned full-time position includes a base salary, plus commission, and benefits (401k, medical and dental).Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00 (some after hour responding is expected).Job Type: Full-time
