We are committed to delivering exceptional service to tenants, investors, and ownership partners while maintaining high operational standards across our portfolio.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial performance of assigned commercial properties.Position SummaryThe Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, tenant relations, financial reporting, and operational success of a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to property operations and tenant satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of commercial properties including office, retail, and/or industrial assetsMaintain positive tenant relationships and respond promptly to tenant requests and concernsCoordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor servicesOversee service contracts and ensure vendor compliance and performancePrepare and manage annual operating budgets and monitor expensesReview rent rolls, accounts receivable, CAM reconciliations, and financial reportsConduct regular property inspections to ensure appearance, safety, and compliance standardsAssist with lease administration and tenant move-ins/move-outsWork closely with ownership and accounting teams to maximize property performanceEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsSupport leasing efforts and tenant retention initiativesQualifications3+ years of commercial property management experience preferredStrong understanding of commercial leases, CAM reconciliations, and property operationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectivelyProficiency in Google Platform and property management softwareStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferredCPM, RPA, or real estate license requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packagePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentGrowth opportunities within a nationally expanding organizationApply TodayIf you are a driven professional with a passion for commercial real estate and property operations, we would love to hear from you.National Real Estate Management Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
