Licensed Social Worker

We are partnered with a prominent nonprofit organization, seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits, including 4 weeks of vacation, 3 weeks of sick pay and holidays! The Social Worker will be required to provide services and support through visits in the home and community. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and crisis management. Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans for clients with a variety of behavioral health needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care. Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, including childcare centers, to promote workforce development and support client goals. Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field. Current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Proficiency in behavioral health services, including crisis management and motivational interviewing. Strong commitment to the principles of social work and the well-being of the individuals we serve.
