Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Tamarack Industries of America Inc. is looking for skilled, motivated Assemblers to join its team in Alexandria, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a hands-on manufacturing environment where your attention to detail and work ethic make a real impact every day.Responsibilities:Assemble components and finished products according to specifications and work ordersRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructionsInspect parts and assemblies for quality, fit, and functionUse hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standardsIdentify and report defects, malfunctions, or production issues to supervisorsMeet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standardsRequirements:Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferredAbility to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or written assembly instructionsProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instrumentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbout Us:Tamarack Industries of America Inc is a trusted manufacturing company based in Alexandria, MN, known for producing high-quality products with precision and care.
