Adecco is currently assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer, recruiting for Production Associate's in the Kennebunk, ME area! These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities, with the possibility of incentives, overtime, and base pay increases.Schedules:All shift hours are subject to fluctuate start or end times by 30 minutes1stShift – Monday – Friday – 7:00AM – 3:30PM - $18+ / HR2ndShift – Monday – Friday – 3:00PM – 11:30PM - $19.50+ / HR3rdShift – Sunday – Thursday – 9:30PM – 6:00AM - $20+ / HRRoles Available:SandblastersSandblasting a variety of small parts.Attention to detail is very critical.Some equipment is automated, and others are manual cabinets.Verify quantities.Polishing OperatorRunning multiple vibratory bowls.Parts are loaded and equipment runs for a set amount of time. Once the cycle is complete the operator removes all parts from the bowl and processes them through a parts washer.Verify quantities.Attention to detail and able to read instructions.Production OperatorConsists of loading and unloading coating machines.Cleaning and staging part for coating.Attention to detail and able to read instructions.Verify quantities.Inspecting/PackingAttention to detail.Verify quantities.Inspect and securely package customer product.Key Responsibilities:Perform required manufacturing processes meeting all quality and production standardsComplete all required production, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all dataFollow all safety policies and look for areas to improve safetyCommunicate with other key personnel assigned in their areaPhysical Requirements:Up to 8 hours of walking and standingAbility to lift up to 40 lbsMust be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environmentIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply to this posting with your resume!Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
