LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will have experience in long-term care, nursing home, clinic, home health, geriatrics, pediatrics and medical-surgical settings. This individual must be able to provide compassionate care while maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to all safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to patients in long-term care, nursing home, clinic, and home health settings. Perform medical-surgical nursing duties such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. Provide care to geriatric and pediatric patients. Assist with patient transfers and ambulation. Document patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention. Assist with wound care and other treatments as needed.
