Job Description Travel LPN - Crest Nursing Home, Butte, MT Crest Nursing Home in Butte, Montana, seeks a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care contract. Provide compassionate care to residents in a supportive skilled nursing environment.Key Responsibilities Deliver resident-centered nursing care per physician orders, state regulations, and facility standards. Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vital signs, and assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding). Document assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in electronic records. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team for optimal resident health. Requirements Active, unencumbered Montana LPN license (or compact state); NCLEX-PN required. 1+ years LTC/SNF experience preferred; BLS (AHA) certification mandatory. Reliable transportation; ability to commit to 6-13 week contract with possible extension. Pass background check, TB test, and facility orientation.
