In your role as a Client Executive, your proactive account expansion and new account landing will create success for this role and the company.Responsibilities: Develop Business with existing customers and establish new customers based on targeted sales techniques by Cold Calling, Customer Meetings, Partner and Industry NetworkingIdentify, Create, Develop and Manage Opportunities in the Sales Pipeline and Sales Management Platform to achieve Sales Targets and GoalsUnderstand Customer's Business Objectives, IT Priorities and InitiativesPosition VentureSoft's Portfolio of Products, Solutions, Services and CapabilitiesDevelop and maintain Strategic Relationships with current and new customers and partner ContactsCollaborate with Pre-Sales Internal Support Teams to develop tailored solutions for the clientExcel in both farming and hunting sales techniquesContinue Education on industry trends, products, and market conditionsContinually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products, solutions, and services to new and existing customersTravel within assigned sales territory to meet existing and potential customers and attend company eventsRequirementsMinimum Qualifications: 5+ Years of Successful IT Sales ExperiencePrevious field sales experience preferredBachelor's Degree or relevant work experience requiredDisplay a documented history of New Business DevelopmentRequired Skills:• Thorough knowledge of managing L2C deal cycles using nay established CRM systemsOptimistic sales skills to overcome setbacks and establish the best outcomeAbility to prospect, negotiate, and close dealsEffective written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsProactive time management, planning, and organization skillsAbility to self-study and engage in independent work to increase job-related knowledge and skillsAbility to be approachable, maintain composure, and possess a professional attitudeStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work with limited direction and oversightStrong consultative sales skillsBenefitsWorking at VentureSoft means being part of a team driven by success and care.
