OverviewA global professional services firm within the accounting, advisory, and financial consulting space is seeking experienced public accounting professionals to support clients with complex financial reporting and transaction-related challenges. The role focuses on delivering technical expertise, improving financial processes, and supporting clients through periods of significant change, including transactions and regulatory reporting requirements.You will work closely with client leadership teams, external auditors, and internal advisors to help solve complex accounting and reporting issues while contributing to high-impact strategic projects across a range of industries.Role ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, public listing preparation, interim financial leadership needs, and technical accounting mattersPrepare, review, and support the completion of financial statements and regulatory filingsDevelop and analyze financial models, forecasts, and other quantitative assessments to support decision-makingDesign and implement improvements to finance and accounting processes to enhance efficiency and control environmentsAct as a liaison between client teams and external auditors to facilitate audit coordination and issue resolutionManage ongoing client relationships and support efforts to identify and develop new engagement opportunitiesLead project workstreams, providing guidance, oversight, and timely feedback to junior team membersContribute to recruiting and team development initiatives
