The role involves identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, managing the acquisition process, and conducting thorough due diligence. The Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess feasibility, negotiate deals, and oversee investment strategies. While the position is based in New York City, remote work will be allowed for part of the time to ensure a flexible work environment.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to evaluate financial models and investment opportunitiesProven expertise in acquisitions and investmentsExperience in finance and conducting due diligence processesAbility to assess risks, make data-driven decisions, and manage complex acquisition processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsTrack record of delivering successful acquisition dealsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plusCommission-based ONLY compensation.
