We prioritize ethical, high-quality clinical care, sustainable caseload expectations, meaningful family collaboration, and thoughtful long-term growth.Our structure is designed to support individualized care, sustainable clinical practice, and work-life balance.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated BCBA who values ethical care, individualized treatment, family partnership, and high-quality clinical work without high-volume caseload expectations.This role offers flexibility with hybrid scheduling options that may include both in-person and telehealth services based on client needs, clinical appropriateness, and scheduling considerations. Cases are assigned based on clinician location whenever possible to support manageable scheduling and travel expectations.Full-time clinicians typically maintain approximately 25 billable hours per week as part of a manageable and sustainable caseload structure.
