Job Position: 2nd shift CorpLocation: Indianapolis, IN 46222Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.Shift: 2ndDescription: Job Duties/Responsibilities- Assemble medical devices according to provided instructions and specifications.- Perform picking and packing tasks to prepare products for shipping and distribution.- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to support production processes.- Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled products meet required standards.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.- Report any equipment malfunctions or product defects to supervisors promptly.Qualifications & Requirements- Familiarity with assembly processes and attention to detail.- Basic understanding of machine operation and ability to learn new equipment.- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and repetitive movements.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
