The unit features upgraded rooms and advanced monitoring capabilities tailored for complex neuro patients, including those with stroke, seizures, brain mass, encephalopathy, spinal surgery, and lumbar drains. Nurses also provide 24/7 epilepsy monitoring and receive training in NIH Stroke Scale certification and Yale swallow screening. Available Shifts: Day Shift: 7AM–7PMNight Shift: 7PM–7AM (+$3.50/hr differential)Weekend Differential: +$3.50/hrWhat You'll Do: As an RN in the NNCU, you will: Deliver direct care to a wide range of neurology and neurosurgery patientsMonitor vitals, administer medications, manage IVs and blood productsAssist with minor diagnostic procedures and monitor neurological activityDocument assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the EMR#J-18808-Ljbffr
