Located in Norwood, NJ, we are dedicated to empowering transformation in a supportive environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinician at Valley Spring Recovery Center. As a Clinician, you will provide direct therapy services to clients, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating group therapy, and engaging individuals in evidence-based practices. The role is based in Norwood, NJ, with the flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsProficiency in individual therapy, group therapy, and client assessmentsExperience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based practicesStrong interpersonal skills, active listening, and empathyUnderstanding of addiction recovery, mental health conditions, and holistic treatment approachesAbility to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary teamMasters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldLicensed in New Jersey and/or New York as an LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent is requiredExperience working in addiction recovery or mental health settings is preferredStrong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation and reports
