The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where plans evolve quickly and meals are both thoughtfully prepared and visually engaging.Responsibilities:Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a family of fourDesign and execute creative, themed meals (e.g., Taco Tuesday, Italian night)Elevate simple dishes with thoughtful presentation and culinary creativityAdapt seamlessly to last-minute meal changes and evolving preferencesMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchenSource high-quality, seasonal ingredients and manage provisioningAccommodate all dietary preferences and restrictionsSupport special occasions, holidays, and weekend entertainingTravel with the family as needed, including weekends and holidaysRequirements:Prior experience as a Private Chef or in a similar high-touch culinary roleStrong culinary foundation with a creative, aesthetically driven approachAbility to design diverse, personalized menusHighly adaptable with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindsetKnowledge of nutrition and dietary accommodationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsDiscreet, professional, and accustomed to working in private homesWillingness to travel and work a nontraditional scheduleProfile:Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about foodPolished and professional with a collaborative approachFlexible, intuitive, and responsive to a dynamic householdStrong communicator with a positive, can-do attitudeCompensation & Benefits:$120-140k commensurate with experienceBenefits packageOpportunity for long-term growthLocation:5 days a week fully onsite in Palm Beach, FL.
