Technical Program Manager

CMK Resources is partnering with one of our premier technology partners to identify an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, customer-facing enterprise technology initiatives. This individual will serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing complex programs, driving stakeholder alignment, managing financial performance, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.This role is ideal for a seasoned Program Manager with experience leading infrastructure, cloud, storage, data center modernization, or professional services engagements within enterprise environments.ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of large, complex enterprise programs and interconnected projectsServe as the primary point of contact for customer leadership, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teamsDefine program scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metricsManage program governance, executive reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communicationsOversee program financials, forecasting, purchase orders, and resource planningIdentify risks, manage escalations, and drive resolution plans to ensure successful outcomesCoordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Service Delivery, Professional Services, and technical teamsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to program management best practicesBuild strong customer relationships while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organizationRequired QualificationsActive PMP Certification (Required)10+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience in customer-facing environmentsExperience leading enterprise technology programs for large organizationsStrong background in cloud infrastructure, storage, data center modernization, migration, or professional services deliveryProven experience managing executive stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structuresExperience managing program budgets, forecasting, governance, and reportingExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience within storage, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, or professional services organizationsFederal or public sector experienceITIL, Agile, PRINCE2, or related certificationsExperience leading multiple Project Managers across large programsKey SkillsProgram ManagementPMPProfessional Services DeliveryEnterprise InfrastructureCloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)Data Center ModernizationExecutive Stakeholder ManagementFinancial Management & ForecastingGovernance & Risk ManagementService DeliveryCustomer SuccessEnterprise TransformationIf you are an experienced Program Manager who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys leading complex enterprise initiatives from strategy through execution, we would love to connect with you.
