The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Environmental Services Lead to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As an EVS Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and assigning team members to clean facilities in accordance with company standards. What will you do? Ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including restrooms and guest rooms   Conduct quality control checks to ensure EVS standards are met   Replenish supplies, transport cleaning materials, and empty wastebaskets   Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and provide excellent customer service   Report maintenance issues to the supervisor, and ensure lost and found items are turned in and logged   Maintain sanitation guidelines and ensure linen rooms and work areas are organized  More about you Previous experience as an EVS attendant or similar role preferred   Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and fixtures   Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus  Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction   Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English   No degree or diploma required Physical requirements Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying   Ability to lift up to 50 pounds   Shift details M_F OT as needed 8hr shift Every weekend M-F Holidays Overnight Who we are Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook.
