Banquet Lead-Captain

Job SummaryAs Banquet Lead, you're responsible for setup, serving, cleanup, and AV support for 6000 sq feet of space for meetings and banquet events as well as planning/coordinating with other F&B leaders, Sales, and management. Significant gratuity included in pay and total pay depends on hours but estimated to be 25-30 hours weekly.ResponsibilitiesServing all food courses and beverage items to the guest in accordance with function requirements.Timing the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests.Providing proper greetings to guests upon their arrival and introducing yourself including your name.Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.Performing pre and post shift side work.Clearing tables after service.
