Finance ClerkGunster seeks a Finance Clerk for its West Palm Beach office. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn new skills and grow within a fast-paced professional environment. Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn billing and accounting processes are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily deposits and accurately identify payments to maintain account integrity
Review and edit pre-bills for accuracy
Produce and finalize client invoices
Field incoming emails and phone calls regarding billing or payment inquiries
Generate recurring and ad-hoc billing and finance reports
Follow established procedures, workflows, and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
Qualifications
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and ability to learn new software quickly)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with basic accounting or billing concepts is helpful, but not required
A motivated attitude with a willingness to train, learn new concepts, and grow within the team
