This role manages a team of data entry professionals and is accountable for performance, quality, and alignment with operational and service objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day data entry operations, including the input and verification of standard and complex coded or uncoded dataSupervise and develop a small team of data entry associates and/or team leads, ensuring high performance and accountabilityEstablish priorities and allocate resources to meet service-level agreements and operational goalsMonitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standardsApply organizational policies and business plans to guide decision-making with moderate oversightConduct performance evaluations, set employee objectives, and make compensation recommendationsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow effectivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers to support business needs and service deliveryManage customer-facing interactions related to data processing, ensuring professionalism and responsivenessRequirements3-5 years of experience in data entry, operations, or a related fieldDemonstrated people management or team lead experience in a structured environmentExperience operating data entry systems and processing business or statistical dataWorking knowledge of technical tools including SQL (querying), SharePoint lists, and Microsoft ExcelExperience in data processing and handling large datasetsProven ability to work in customer-facing environmentsCore CompetenciesTechnical proficiency with data tools and systems (SQL, Excel, SharePoint)Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to adapt to changing operational demands and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and customersWorking For YouWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
