Job Title : Senior Python Developer – Banking / Financial ServicesJob Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong experience in the banking or financial services domain. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable back end systems, APIs, and data-driven applications used in core banking, payments, risk, compliance, treasury, or lending platforms.The role requires deep expertise in Python development, system integration, cloud-native architecture, and financial domain knowledge including transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and secure software engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and microservices.Build RESTful APIs and back end services for banking platforms and financial products.Work on payment systems, transaction processing, reconciliation, AML/KYC, lending, or treasury systems.Integrate with third-party banking systems, core banking platforms, and fintech APIs.Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
