The ideal candidates will reside in the Birmingham, AL area.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in status meetings and provide status to Project ManagersWork with Architects to develop, test and deploy new features and functionalities for the CRM platformDesign, develop and unit test solutions between disparate systems, troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issuesEnsure a Technical design document (TDD) is maintainedWork with Administrator to deploy code throughout the development process and monitor and configure systemGain a deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.QualificationsWorking on a BS or BA degree in a computer related fieldWorking knowledge of SQL and database conceptsExperience with software development methodologiesWorking knowledge of Java, MS Dynamics CRM and/or .Net a plusHigh Level understanding of full lifecycle developmentAbility to work within a teamExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidanceIndividual must be a self-starter and capable of working independently as well as part of a teamCapable of learning new tools and technologies.Ability to provide strong problem-solving skills a variety of methodNot the right fit?
