Key responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts with clients, and working collaboratively with the internal team to deliver outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, VA or remote for the right candidate. QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales, account management, and lead generationStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to develop and execute sales strategies and close deals effectivelyProficiency in CRM systems, market analysis, and data-driven decision-makingAdaptability to a fast-paced environment and a results-driven approachStrong networking abilities and relationship-building skills with diverse client basesExperience in retail or wholesale sales, particularly with gift or décor products, is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
