Construction Laborer

Construction Laborer D & D Construction, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. We perform commercial, government, and residential construction projects throughout Washington State and are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and maintaining a safe job site. Position Summary The Construction Laborer provides general labor support for a variety of construction projects. This position includes site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and assisting skilled tradespeople with daily construction activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist carpenters and other construction personnel. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment. Clean and prepare job sites. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Perform other general labor duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Valid driver's license. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
